Abortion
As soon as his party flipped the State Senate in 2020 he not only established a fundamental right to abortion until birth, but also repealed any protections for babies born alive in spite of an abortion. No one is required to give care or comfort care the infants. They infants can be left to die on the table.

BLM Rioting
From May 26, 2020 allowed his state to burn for weeks resulting in numerous civilian an police casualties, 1500 destroyed buildings, half a billion dollars in damage. His primary concern was that the rioters would get COVID-19.
He defended the “righteous anger of the rioters” and refused to call out the national guard until the 4th day of rioting.
He appeared to give his radical daughter, Hope, intelligence on where the National Guard would be posted so rioters could avoid confrontation and arrest.
His wife explained how she kept the windows opened so she could smell the burning and be reminded of “the nobility of the cause.”

Trans Minors
A sanctuary state for gender transitions, including for minors…..
Governor Tim Walz signed a bill in April of 2023 allowing the state to make custody determinations if a child is denied access to sex-change procedures.
The “Trans Refuge Bill” allows for “temporary emergency jurisdiction” if a parent denies their child sex-change procedures according to the bill’s text. The bill defines the interventions, which include sex-changes, hormone replacement and cosmetic surgeries, as “medically necessary” so long as it “respects the gender identity of the patient, as experienced and defined” by the child.
Minnesota’s bill provided a loophole allowing individuals, including children, from other states to receive transgender treatments and asserted that out-of-state provisions “interfering” with access to these procedures “must not be enforced or applied within the state.”

Covid Facism
While BLM rioters were free to burn businesses, Walz enforced the strictest lockdown that led to the jailing of business owners that attempted to open rather than having their businesses burned.
Walz established a snitch hotline for neighbors to rat on each other for not social distancing.
He purchased a mobile Covid morgue to shame and scare the public into submission. (Then he never used the morgue for it’s intended use.)
He encouraged nursing homes to accept Covid patience – the worst thing any of the governors did, it was a death sentence.
He signed an executive order authorizing pharmacists to deny hydroxychloriquin prescriptions used to treat Covid.
He rationed monoclonal antibodies based on race. If you were white, you had to wait.
He bankrupted small businesses.
He kept children out of school and masked them.
He turned a blind eye to the largest Covid money laundering scheme in America. 70 people, mainly from the Somali community, were indicted for defrauding the child nutrition program of 250 MILLION dollars. An audit by the legislature found that the Walz administration failed to act on early warning signs of the fraud and a formal statement from the Minnesota judicial branch called Walz out for making false statements about the state’s payment to the program.

Erasing Our Heritage
When rioters knocked down a statue of Christopher Columbus his Lieutenant Governor praised their lawlessness and Walz refused to reinstall it. He then repealed Columbus Day as a state holiday and replaced it with Indigenous People’s Day.
He changed the Minnesota State Flag to a flag with a star amid colors that looks like the Somali flag.

Illegal Aliens
All illegal aliens welcomed at taxpayer expense. Walz turned Minnesota into a sanctuary state. He offered free college and Minnesota Care for them, enabled them to get driver’s licenses.
“My position on Minnesota becoming a sanctuary state boils down to who has the responsibility for enforcing immigration laws,” Walz told CBS News in 2018.
“Here’s what I believe: Congress has given federal agencies the authority to enforce immigration laws in Minnesota, and I support their doing so,” he said. “Congress has not given local law enforcement that same authority. The role of law enforcement is to enforce state and local laws, not federal immigration laws, and I strongly believe that they should not do so.”

On March 7, 2023, as Minnesota governor, Walz signed H.F. 4, a bill that expanded access to driver’s licenses to people in the state, regardless of their immigration status. State House and Senate Democrats broadly supported the measure, and only one House Republican supported it.
This law reversed a 2003 order by former Republican Gov. Tim Pawlenty that barred the state from issuing licenses to people who were in the country illegally.
“I always say, ‘Let me know how high it is.’ If it’s 25 feet, then I’ll invest in a 30-foot-ladder factory. That’s not how you stop this,” Walz said at the time, adding that the border needs more technology and personnel.

Violent Criminals
Walz commuted the sentences of numerous violent criminals including murderers, started a new program for most violent offenders to shave off half of their sentences, established a new legal avenue for Soros prosecutors to seek shorter sentences and funded a new office to help violent juveniles to avoid prison altogether.
